WHEN: Every Wednesday starting June 4th. (No class June 18th)
WHERE: Library Lawn (weather permitting)
TIME: 8:00-8:45am
This is a free outdoor class for all ages and all fitness levels! Using bands, chairs, and light weights, we’ll build strength, balance, and confidence in a welcoming, come-as-you-are space.
Wear comfy clothes, supportive shoes, and bring water!
